Business Development Manager - Clinical Research 

This key role will raise awareness, educate and sell Equivital TnR (Training and Research) hardware and software products to the clinical research market. This includes academic and institutional research partners, exercise and sports professionals, clinical research organisations, pharmaceutical companies and other relevant potential users.

You will be in complete control of your sales funnel by engaging with prospective partners via multiple channels, meeting decision-makers, demonstrating products (in person and remotely) and closing sales.

Senior Hardware Engineer

This role will be responsible for carrying out design and development activities on Equivital hardware products. You will often concurrently work on more than one project and work to an agreed plan. You will collaborate with the product management team to review and, where necessary, help define clear, executable product requirements, and with the manufacturing team to review manufacturing information and ensure the build process is fit for purpose. 

Your main responsibilities, alongside others, will be:

  • lead new design concepts through feasibility, prototyping, development and into manufacture
  • design, implement, debug and characterize embedded systems for mobile applications
  • work with cross-functional teams to develop hardware architecture for next generation systems and to ensure that products are developed with downstream software impact in mind

Solutions Engineer

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is responsible for, owns and drives quality management for the Equivital. Incorporating the full product lifecycle and business processes, the Quality Manager leads from the front instilling quality throughout the team. Working closely with the engineering, product and outsourced manufacturing teams, the Quality Manager will ensure quality is intrinsic at every stage, using quality principles and tools to develop and optimize systems, product designs and manufacturing processes. You will independently determine and develop approaches to solutions and work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of indentifiable factors and develop solutions for the same.
