About Hidalgo

Hidalgo, based in Cambridge (UK), was incorporated in 1998 and is now a world leading innovator and developer of wearable wireless physiological and welfare monitoring systems, known as Equivital Life Monitoring Systems.

The patented Equivital EQ-01 sensor, Hidalgo's primary real time wireless physiological monitoring sensor, was conceived in 2001 and, after advanced field trialling and rigorous testing with various militaries and medical institutions, was officially launched in 2008.

2009 sees the launch of the Equivital LiveLink Medical system.

The Equivital team consists of highly experienced engineers and doctors who have been working in the field of remote physiological monitoring and wireless radio design for over 30 years. The team is continuously adding value to the exciting era of efficient health informatics which is not limited to the traditional hospital backdrop.

The new generation of Equivital Life Monitoring systems will be suited for healthcare, occupational welfare, command and control and human performance.
